You receive a policy schedule and cover note setting out what is covered, for how long, and on what terms.
4. We remind you before it expires
Renewal reminders go out 30, 14 and 7 days before your cover ends, so it never lapses without you knowing.

Report online or by phone. You receive a claim reference immediately, and we notify you at every status change until the claim is settled.
